Oops, a few weeks late, but still worth it. My wonderful fantabulous cousin Billy survived four years of Annapolis and collegiate swimming and dealing with a cousin living nearby(!) to finally graduate two weeks ago. No one in the family could be any more proud of him than we all are. Congratulations, Billy!!
