Yahoo! Thank goodness for some 90 degree days. As of today Lake Anna is up to 67 degrees. Still chilly, but definitely wetsuit comfortable. The next week unfortunately is in the 60s and 70s as opposed to 70s/80s, so it's unlikely to get much warmer. But this is much better news than the originally icy fears.
Now the bad news....10 day forecast is calling for rain on race day.

Don't listen to the silly forecast. Hoping for good weather for your half. I'll be there cheering for you!
I like the cooler water temps, especially if I'm wearing a wetsuit. It'll feel "refreshing" as I like to call it.
And like Catharine said, the weather can (and will) change between now and the weekend. Either way you can't change 'what is.'
